While browsing the internet looking for challenges I stumbled upon Robert's Tweet issuing a challenge.

The challenge:
First thing i did was download the image, and zoom in on the readable signs.
When I put those words in google translate it indicated them as Dutch, "Station Street" for the top sign and "except" for the bottom one, which combined with the bike symbol it probably means something like "bikes only".
Dutch is used primarily in the Netherlands and Belgium, so we have already narrowed it down.
A reverse image search gave me very similar images, but the building we want has red windows something not common.
I looked around the images opening multiple of them, the first two didn't match but the third one did. The image opened a page about the municipality of Apeldoorn and it had a gallery.
In the gallery I opened the De Mariakerk image and got a church with the same style of architecture and similar red windows.
I searched on google earth pro "Apeldoorn, De Mariakerk" and it led me to the "Onze Lieve Vrouwekerk".
looked around and found a angle that seems to match the picture.
With this information we can confidently say that the picture was taken in the "de Mariakerk" or Mary's church in English, in the city of Apeldoorn, Netherlands. around the coordinates of 52.210929, 5.968008.
