Recently I found this twitter page called "Where is this?" it shows videos os places and the purpose is to guess where they are from.

The Solution:
First I downloaded the video, then I took note of two points, the car is moving on what looks to be a bridge, and there's a building called the "Nurnberger".
I google "nurnberger building" and got this results:
The third one is very familiar and might just be the building we spotted, I opened the link to getty images, found the specific picture and opened it.
I searched "Neue Mainzer Strasse, Frankfurt am Main" on google earth pro.
Considering the video started with a car driving on a bridge i put the "Street view" icon on the bridge and got this image.
We can safely say that the video started in the Untermainbrücke bridge in Frankfurt around the coordinates 50.106627, 8.676556.
